The jap version has 2 other characters, the umbrella and Tojiko, who also power up with electro barriers. Iku being out now in global means that there is no one who really benefits from it so you either just deal with it and use your barriers, bring electro immune characters or do real meme stuff like this. Reisen inflicts electro effects on whoever inflicted them on her so you can do stilly things like getting Iku to 4 barriers with 1 skill.

There isn't a way to roll her currently outside of the daily friend prayer. She's a FES (festival) unit, and FES units aren't in the regular pool. The only way to guarantee getting her is to wait until there's a banner with her on it and use 750 cubes.

You flip a coin, the odds are 50%.

Not him but I dunno about that logic. I always like to have multiple characters who focus on a specific element for harder fights where the enemy shouldn't stay alive for long and need to be broken asap or just one nuker isn't enough. Those situations are rare but whenever I was dealing with star-weak enemies in tower or arena I always cursed my general lack of star breaks before I picked up Meiling, Doremy, and Rad Marisa.
