Poor norwegian culture has been overshadowed by international "culture" to the point where my own norwegian skills, despite being born and raised here, isn't the best. I regularily forget words I know in english, I have very little awareness over my own homelands history, cultural or not, and I don't see anyone else trying. I hope I can find the determination to re-discover the cultural history my country has, and to adapt it and bring it back into the spotlight, then, with the norwegian cultural image rediscovered, we can begin having stricter immigration laws that require immigrants, even from EU (I don't like the EU) to have respect for this mountainous coastal region.

Public transit good, more efficiency, spread far to spread population better
The last one explains itself. If we are to gain cultural strength we also have to allow for more freedom of expression, and that means not caring about western political bullshit. This pertains primarily to identity politics, racism, accused pedophilia (I want loli and shota to be legal here, not necessarily for me), and other bullshit sj(e)ws focus on. Enviromentalism, economics, military, the kind of stuff genuinely needed to maintain a country for now and future generations are exempt.

Work culture. Fuck that. Physical health means jack shit if your mental health takes major tolls.
Attitude on mental health in general. My mental health sucks big time, I would be crawling in the mud if I don't have access to help.

Public transportation system with trains, timeliness.
If the JPs can make and work a very complete train system in their big, labyrinth-ish cities, it should be a cinch for them work on a public transport system for my very grid-based 3rdworldland capital.
And with the timeliness of the system, it would certainly help with the culture of time (nobody gives a fuck when being late or anything here).
Realistically speaking it wouldn't be too hard nor expensive to get that shit done here. The obstacle is corruption, though. For something like this to push through, a loooooooot of fucking bastard politicians will want their 'authorization' money.

Work culture: That shit about not leaving before superiors, being socially forced to do after-office with them, killing any bits of free time you could've had, karoshi levels of "company loyalty".

I am a burger. Having Japan's clean and safe cities with tons of public transport, and where everyone is polite or at least tries to be well spoken would be a nice change of pace.
Like everyone else said the work culture is horrendous, and on top of that Japan like all other asian nations is a bit more conformative and socially unaccepting to various degrees in comparison to the West. That is to say I would want to be able to be a bit of a weirdo and not be constantly messed with for it.
