Sacchin had a near side route( arc and ciel's story) that was removed because she was more likeable then arc and ciel and would have overshadowed them.

sacchin's part in the far side routes were added because of this.

also in the near side sacchin lives and probably never becomes a vampire and in the far side where she does and you don't kill her she probably gets mopped up by ciel.

Also nasu said her scenario was going to be in kagetsu tohya but it wasn't so I wouldn't trust it being in the remake enjoy your akira route.
