On the plus side it's much easier to clean and unlike other soft onas it feel durable because the material is so thick. Here's what I plan to do, and hopefully it is sufficient for cleaning Akane:

1. Use smooth jaw hemostat forceps and a paper towel wrapped around the jaws to clean out fluids in the holes, after play. Sanitize forceps with alcohol when done.
2. Use vaginal irrigator to spray out the holes.
3. Spray a toy cleaner solution on a small piece of sponge, and with it clamped to the forceps, wipe the holes thoroughly. Sanitize forceps with alcohol when done.
4. Use a new piece of sponge with some water to do a final wipe.
5. Use a microfiber cloth to dry the holes. I bought one made for onaholes, and its material is basically like one of those car wash microfiber towels.

the r-20 is my go to hole, it's very comfy especially if you're average/above average sized. it will last you forever. that being said, it is stimulating but not extremely stimulating like you said you wanted.
