other than retarting your browser, note that for yomichan to pop up you need to wiggle your mouse cursor (or hold shift before your mouse moves onto the text, personally I set the activator to the middle mouse button so I can properly fap).

pretty much all of the subs of precure on kitsunekko are out of sync. i watched those heartcatch raws and had to manually sync them with z/x buttons on mpv. the subs found on kitsunekko include gaps for the commercial breaks. it's not hard to sync them once you get used to it. there's this:
