My goal is to get to 50 intel to power up the spells like Farron flashsword, great farron dart, Old Moonlight blade, and soul greatsword. Youmu uses her katanas but she also shoots projectiles with them so I thought it would be good to have the Court Sorcerer's staff as a secondary.

In Dark Souls 3 there's a katana that counts as 2 katanas once dual-wielded. It's the Onikiri and Ubadachi

This is a very double edged build and Youmu would be proud.
min-maxed the shit out of str and dex.
Vitality is the one thing out of this that you stayed true to. A Touhou would likely go down in 2-3 hits.
All in all I'd say fricken sweet.
