Unpopular opinion but hayami is only good at playing certain characters most of those who is out of her comfort zone straight up bad.
As someone who watch typical Japanese TV her narration is fucking bad it is so anime like and emotions are in wrong place even neesan did it better.
I will admit it her dub is greater though.
A lots of things dont add up she probably makura too or have very good connections.

Seiyuu singer? For me Nanjo is among the best. Only got into singing in her mid 20s but between her solos, fripside, love live and character songs she can sing just about anything well.

Her Freestyle radio was a big reason for her rise in popularity and she currently hosts a radio show for Tokyo FM . A mainstream radio station, one of the most popular ones in Japan. Very few seiyuu can claim that. Ayaneru and Onishi aren't even in the same tier in that regard.
If I was talking about Ayaneru I would say the reason for her popularity is because people want to fuck her and leave it at that. Maybe make a comment about she has a talent for latching to people more popular and well-established than her.
