Isn't anki AJATT and free-something like mostly a reddit community (or discord I wouldn't be surprised, but I bet there is a whole subreddit just for anki, this thread only has like 60 people even though we post 1000 times).
Also I'm sure anki can do it too, but it's retard-proof for someone to be able to use waki and bunpro on a mobile phone for people who spend time on a commute.
Wakikana probably isn't better than anki for the price, since it's focused on kanji and you can just do RTK and do bunpro for sentances to get the same result.
I know this makes me sound like a redditor, but I only defend them because I have a friend who uses it, and I don't see the point of being so passive aggressive about it, especially since the population of reddit is far larger than 4chan (and 4chan is declining). Anki and wakani and bunpro are different things that work best with different people. I would say it wouldn't hurt to first TRY anki because it's free, but if a video that shows what the website can do is enticing enough (and you have money in your pocket), there is no problem with paying for it, for they pay for what they get, which cannot be replicated with anki.
There are people dumping $100 or more on superchats on vtubers, I think saying those websites "don't give a damn if you actually learn Japanese" is kind of a lame smear with nothing to back up.

i found some incredible resources, guides and tools which put me on the right path, and i made good progress if i may so myself
but the thread itself has become a great time sink and addiction for me which is really hampering my learning

ive tried to leave so many times and done everything i can think of but it never works. i get into pointless and retarded angry fights, and even when im not posting im still reading the posts here the whole day and its fucking up everything
i could progress very fast if i could focus a bit more on the things i should be working on

this is a move out of desperation. im getting a trip so you can filter me/ignore me or hold me more accountable for my posts, that way the thread will be less shit for you, ill get into fewer fights as ill be forced to think more carefully before making a post, and i will form really negative experiences with coming here and hopefully stop altogether

I passed 4000 cards mined today, as i predicted. A few hundred of those are blue though.
What will happen with my deck in the long run? Right now I am learning 20 cards every day and I do around 200 reviews (no review limit), but what can I expect in the future as time goes on?
