This scene didn't quite make sense to me in the original vn and it still doesn't in the remake. I understand the concept of Shiki talking to his pre-accident self, but why did kid Shiki warned him about "if you wake up, you will be stuck in a comatose state where you can't even dream" thingy when it didn't mattered at all in the ending? Was it just a test of courage in order to see how far Shiki would go for Ciel? He only recognises her as the previous Roa when she chants the Seven baptism before killing him - although I don't know why this makes him realise she's Roa. She spent most of her time as Roa in the church. She might not have met with any of the DAA who showed up until she was betrayed by the 6th.
Either Vlov's pissed at how the France ritual failed and blames Roa, which I doubt, or a previous Roa did something to him and he either didn't know that Roa was taking part in the France ritual or the ritual mattered to him more than his grudge.

Shiki searches for a way to revive Ciel in the normal route and Ciel searches for a way to wake Shiki up from coma in the true end. That's a shame. Personally, back then, and perhaps even now, I found the setting to be quite interesting and I was particularly entranced by the atmosphere which I say is quite something to say considering the game is pretty much set just at the school.
One of my favorite things to do was talking with all the NPCs after ever major event to see how their lives were going like.
I'll never forget the couple who entered the HGW together and then slowly came to realize that only one person would survive, and that chances were that sooner or later they'd come to fight one another, which they do, and the week during that happens the bf asks you to take care of her gf, and after that week fight is over the gf survived, but she's mindbroken from killing her lover, and then she's gone next week too.
Another moment that stays with me is how the school is completely empty during the final week. Which is pretty obvious in hindsight, but after getting used to talking with the NPCs every day of every week, the reality of it starts hitting you.
