Rance -has- raped youkai before. One-Eye House, anyone? In 2/3 of the cases, he had help, and in the other she wanted it.

Besides, most of the youkai have enemies, so if he does it in the right order he'll have help raping each one. It could be like a puzzle game, you have to clear each group in the right order or you get BAD END.

Of course, Reimu/Sanae would be main heroines that you can't sex until later in the game when they like you - I'd include Marisa in that as well but I imagine she'd be available for sex much earlier, while if you tried to force Reimu she has "big sisters" who would not appreciate it, and there are two goddesses on Sanae's side.
