Then, just after i got off the carpet, i got to see something that i have never seen before in my life, it was a girl that was in my room when i woke up, at 5am, very pale, white skin, and she had these shining spots all over her body, some of them bigger and others smaller, on the whole body, like a dark brown, and they looked like some kind of scars.

Cure dolly has said multiple times that it is a basis for her videos and that she looks up to him. The benefit of using Jay Rubin’s book over DOJG is his book goes into plain english explanations of the function of different particles. I do think Cure Dolly is a better resource in general though since her stuff is more concise and gives you exactly the foundational grammar you need to help in immersing.
