Why, on that last one? Aeka has to be last or else the other two routes will bore you. So is this one of those h-games where there's only sexual content with a limited amount of girls. For example, there's a h-game I recently played where there are 3 sisters you go between (you actually switch between controlling them at the touch of a button) and they're naturally the main characters and make up most of the h-scenes. However, there are quite a few other girls that get fucked or are at least naked.

It sounds like in YMK it's all about those 3 girls (with the exception of the totally featureless naked loli).

It's called Doushin - Same Heart, by the way. It's pretty cool. You have different paths as usual, but many of them are set off by switching to a certain sister at a certain point. Oh, I don't know if they are specifically in YMK, but in general it's one of those things US localisations always change, along with making all the characters at least 19 or 20 (or totally removing them from the game in some cases, like X-change or Nocturnal Illusion).
