UBW Shirou has a 1% chance, and almost certainly will not.
HF Shirou has a 0% chance. He cannot.

It's commonly believed that Bad End 30 Shirou, aka "Mind of Steel", is the one who becomes Archer.

Why is it that so many people think Mind of Steel -> Ilya -> Archer. Sure, his ideals in that route are nearly identical to Kiritsugu's, and he gets down with another Einzbern broad like I'm sure Nasu would love, wrapping all his shit up neatly, etc., but it doesn't all add up.

The only point I contest is the Mind of Steel Shirou becoming a Hero.
Archers ideal originally was to save everyone without sacrifice, right? But Mind of Steel Shirou seems to have gotten into his head that he should sacrifice the few to save the many.

That's just based on his sacrificing Sakura. But it seems to be a pretty critical turning point for him.
