Well. I fancy myself a bit of an actor and sought to brush up on my improvisational skills, hence the 'role-play' as we so bluntly call it over here, but rather than produce a cheap sexual thrill like the Alice roleplayer we all know and love so well,
I sought instead to be a foil to Anonymous and really have fun with the role as an antagonist.
I must say it works a right charm, and allows me to improve my ability to think on the fly and come up with things.
Secondly, I've studiously researched the Late Medieval ages - which is the time period of which my character hails from - and being as I pay -fine- attention to detail I thought myself suitable for the job.

However, /jp/ has swung in a rather different direction from when I had these ideas, and roleplay is now more or less banned entirely along with CYOAs.
I oblige people occasionally by replying in character, but I try to make it extremely clear that I am merely a person assuming the name and nothing more if pressed on the matter.
