The problem with /bun/ are the underage users and low power lvl and not too mention the small speed and small userbase. Survey thread prove this and we have people watching stream.
Frankly the moderation is fine besides that.

When the majority of the userbase are underage users, it isn't any surprise that the most popular threads there are /v/ type thread and and survey thread.
