The fact that the eyebrows are there at all when they should be covered by hair. They're just objectively spending more money at that point because realistically they wouldn't even need to be drawn at all. (Though I suspect they put them in to make expressions more obvious but thats besides the point.) Its not just the detail of the hair, in some shows they'll have it bob around everytime the character jerks their head even just in talking scenes. I'm not an animator but I imagine something like that is harder to do then moving their jaw down for a single word.
