Suika hits shit really really hard and repairs her own barrier. Tewi hits you with a shit ton of different types of debuffs and has a 40% damage reduction towards her weakness on top of a 20% reduction from human. Different uses but both good.

Tewi is one of the recommended non-limited characters to use on a bunch of floors in the tower.

The final stage of chapter 3 is going to be annoying as hell to grind with that multiple health bar gimmick from the more recent tower floors. Can't just send in Yuuka and instantly win.

Ran and Suika for the Acc buff on their spell cards. Like seriously if you are going to bother awakening anyone to rank 5 these are the two you want to do first. Their buffs free up story card slots on the rest of your team to let you stack on more damage.
Medi for stacks of Poison for days that gets better as you awaken her, but really you can get full break via partymembers exploiting elemental weakness.

Just a word of advice to anyone who is going to try and whale for Marisa. If you are going to buy cubes the event megapacks have 3000 cubes, there are three of them, and they are a far better deal than paying cash for the GC not in the pack. In a normal banner 9000 GC is one spark with nothing but guaranteed friend pulls. Converting 6000 GC to SC will get you a spark, but no guaranteed friends. Guaranteed friend pulls drop the banner character at a rate of 10% as opposed to .5% with SC pulls. However the cost per pull on Super Fes is higher. If you plan on whaling buy the event packs before next rollover. That way if you will have the chance to buy the next set of event packs if you need more.

Also payday loans typically loan out at 30% compounded weekly. If you borrow $240 to buy all three packs, and can earn 80 bucks a week selling plasma, you can cover the interest. If you take the loan tomorrow, sell plasma on Friday, and then sell it again on Tuesday of next week and then pay the interest on Wednesday you can avoid the debt increasing. As long as you do that every week until you pay the loan off you can keep your head above water.

Ultimately that's the best way to play anyway. There isn't much substance to the game. Outside of Tower and Ex stages, you can do all the content with a farmer or two. It's just monthly farming events with the occasional Tower, repeat forever. Only Tower actually requires meta characters. But without Tower, there's no point to farming. So in the end, it's just a game for the characters and story, with the story aspect being very slow. Nothing's original or creative in this. Disappointing, but at least there's the waifu aspect.

Well people are probably more than a little burnt out at three limited and a super fes in a row. Yeah, for me personally I completely missed the Yukari contest because I was focused on the event. I hadn't even fought her on Lunatic when the contest came out since my team was too weak. By the time I was able to fully break her after the event, my Yuyuko was too strong to help break her without just killing her outright. Thankfully it means I can now beat her up for her cards with no problem.

It's a single player game, and theres no time gate on Red Marisa, so I don't mind focusing on the events and collecting things that are limited like the event songs and story cards. I only just rolled my first Medicine so I want to grind her up too. Marisa will still be there after I finish beating up Tewi and Kasen/Reimu for a week or two, so I feel no pressure to rush.

Is Ran going to last as a 6 cost farmer? I have an LB1 Ran I've been using to farm the event, and have 2 more dupes. I was thinking of making another LB1 Ran for purple heart farming, and using any future dupes to level up the main one.

The event is so easy that she's able to 2-turn both Tewi and Reimu/Kasen of the Reisen event at LB1. I was doing that last event as well. But I don't know if it'll still work next time.

The Law is quite easy to fully upgrade. Everything is spread out.

Funnily enough, turns out Reimu's actually the one that gets immediately killed. Kasen takes 2 turns. But 3 turning at 6 cost isn't bad. First turn does 24k to Reimu and knocks her out. All skills are maxed.

Yeah it's easy. I chose Froggy for the Yang Attack it gives over other accuracy cards, and Right Behind You is just for raw Yang Attack also. I'm pretty sure Tewi was a 2-shot, and I used these cards for her originally. Could probably be optimized better for Reimu/Kasen.
