Who has fully translated H scenes?

I know Reisen does as does Yuuka, but I've noticed that even though some have fully translated dialog (like youmu) their H scenes dont have any dialog.

The piano can only be played in a few specific places, but you should be able to use any of the other instruments almost anywhere. Just make sure Housekeeping actions are enabled and also make sure you have actually bought an instrument, just go to the shop and make sure at least one of them is sold out.
