Are you cut? Your main issue is likely not fapping, but rubbing on clothing and such. You may want to look into regrowing foreskin but its a massive hassle and time commitment.

A few things to recommend are a stealth retainer or such. This keeps the head protected, but you need enough skin to use one. With a drop of greek repair oil or such inside it you stay moisturizing and protected all day. I am also a fan of Sheathe underwear, which has a pocket for your balls and dick separately which helps to hold the head in place and in a protected spot.

I have however found that often times oil/moisturizer makes dick LESS sensitive as its softening up and numb, so you want to avoid using it before fapping. Either do early morning or afterwards.

Manual seems worthless in my opinion. I got a few different tools to try and my favorites are the Cat II q, and the direct air hyper restore. The Cat is way easier to use than the TLC tugger, and you can easily adjust the stretch level throughout the day so it tugs more as you loosen up.

Haven't posted in a couple of months but I bought one of the newer Sakura Dolls (140cm) back in late March. Sorry for not posting a review sooner like I said I would but here are my thoughts.

The Bad: I posted the day I received the doll that the neck seemed very flimsy and that I could see it breaking easily. It turns out it broke the first week I had it. Granted, I was rough with the doll but have not had the same issue with TPE dolls. I took the doll apart and it was poorly made, the goose neck had two small tack-welds that were keeping it attached to the rest of the skeleton. The doll is also 'lumpy' and honestly doesn't look too good in person. The seams are messy and the foam/padding was not very symmetrical. Overall I was disappointed with how it looked even compared to TPE dolls you can get for the same price. Inserting an ona-hole can be a pain in the ass, the one that they give you is serviceable but not great. More importantly the Ona they provide is shaped better than anything else you can buy (it is narrow) for insertion. Any other ona is too tight and hard to penetrate if the legs are closed. The good: Range of motion with the skeleton is great (other than the neck). For 140cm it is extremely light and easy to manipulate. Also, I've been trying out that aquarium pump suggestion from another anon and it seems to do fine. I've mostly used it to finish up on onas that can be dried pretty well even without it, though, but if you can get something that gives good airflow it might be useful, especially if the tunnels are connected. Even if not most of the larger pumps come with two air outlets or an adapter to split the air output from a single outlet so it shouldn't be too difficult to dry both holes at once. And there's that guy who was working on a 3D-printed design for single-hole drying, a two-hole version would be an interesting suggestion (it'd probably need the ability to adjust/angle the two probes depending on how the holes are aligned, though).

The Handy is the way to go right now, almost every other automatic stroker uses proprietary holes that you may need to buy separately and only some of them are compatible with scripts. You'll need stronger velcro straps to keep your ona in place though, the stock ones aren't very good.

If anybody's looking for a cheap/starter mouth-looking ona I can recommend http://www.toysheart.com/product/nft-shitanamesuzume-.php.. It's not super tight like the Lolinco or anything but you will bulge it even if you're on the smaller side, and it seems better for more relaxed sessions (I lasted a lot longer than I do with the Lolinco, at least, and it's a lot easier to use even if you're not rock hard). While it does have some texturing on the inside it doesn't really seem to apply much pressure and even the uvula spot just gets pushed out of the way rather than really doing anything, so all that does is take away contact space from your dick unless you squeeze. You may have better luck if you're more sensitive or use less lube, though. I also didn't notice much suction despite the instructions saying it has some, but that may again have just been me using too much lube/not squeezing it at the end the right way as when I played around with it with my finger without lube I did get some suction action. Last time I asked I was told to just get one that can handle tanks of 20+ gallons. I got one on the lower end and it seems to do fine for smaller onas (with a straw for the more awkward/hard to get the tube in ones) but I also only use it after drying with multiple drying sticks/drying sponge to get as much moisture out as possible. Those won't work so well for deep holes, though, as the drying sticks are just over 14cm while the sponge stick is 16cm (though it can get shorter if you let it bend when it's wet and it dries in that position), but I also picked up a set of dowels that come pre-wrapped in fitted microfiber sleeves that seem like they'd be at least a little better-suited for deeper holes (though the dowels slip out of the sleeves easily so that's a danger as well). The SPDX holes do seem to top out around 15cm, though, so you might have luck with the sponge sticks (https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/gp/product/B092DHSWW4).). They're a bit pricey if you're buying multiples, though, I only got a second as a spare just in case while the drying sticks are much cheaper to buy in bulk (999 yen for 5 on Amazon JP, or around $20 if you get them off US Amazon; even if one or two break in transit you'll still have a few left and it's cheaper than buying one at a time).
