The dailys are done in a few minutes, then you send of errands and check back 2 hours later for a minute.

Advise would be to shape up 5 bucks for the "welcome to gensokyo" package and the "Nitoris delivery" package, giving you a bunch of mats, coins and stamina, and god cubes per day.

But, seeing as you should probably learn for college, maybe its good to play a game that hardly needs playing.

That's a hard question to answer. I will level any characters that I plan to use on the tower which is a lot. Also, reincarnation requires all skills level 10. You will also roll more characters over time. For reference, it takes about 16 days to level all three skills to max so with only two slots, you can only level 4 characters to max per month.

Having all solo attacks, a support spell card for no reason, a 1-1-3 LW, barely any elemental bullets, no supporting buffs, and nothing else to set her apart makes her seem like she'd be hard to use even outside of the meta. Very VERY low compare to other ST attacker. ST damage already a disadvantage but it can be good when high enough and ironically, Shion is the only ST attacker to do that before Hecatia. There are basically two routes to tackle this very early tower.
1) 1 strong lw per floor. Full break and/or setup first if possible. Reset after you run out of lw. You get one free reset per day. You should be able to climb 3 - 4 floors per day and you have a week to do so.
2) Stall team such as Reimu, Sanae, Medicine. You should be able to stall any floors from 1- 20 except boss floors that doesn't hit Reimu's weakness.

Red Marisa is better in general. I have all sfes as a f2p but only Red Marisa is mlb. I still have 3 sfes dolls that I could use to mlb loli yuyuko but I'm kinda waiting for the next one. redMarisa is great for farming and general use. Multi target spellcards are always nice and they have good enough damage. They're also VERY crit-happy, most "shots" in the cards have at least 10% CRIT chance and she can still self buff her crit on top of it. Good element coverage.
loliYuyuko is more of a "brute force" unit. She has the highest yin attack in the entire game and her attacks are almost purely yin, but to be honest the damage output is overkill for most cases. OK self buffs, sadly the only element she has is water.

Counterpoint: EoSD, LoLK, and probably HSiFS.
EoSD is definitely the odd one out, considering that none of its characters are festival units. Maybe they didn't want to scare people away with Remilia and Flan being limited? LoLK is also weird, given that it has the most festival characters (4 out of 7).
I think chibi-chan will be fes, but I don't see Seija being one. Just a hunch, although it could easily happen. My gut tells me that festival characters roughly correlate with the bosses in the last week of Violet Detector, but that rule has obviously already been broken.
