I need some music badly, can you guys recommend some chill music?

I'm terrible with detailing stuff but uh...music that makes you feel relaxed as you watch the beautiful blue skies with some great friends, just wondering what's in that mysterious universe while the cool wind brushes against your face.

Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23 is just about the most pastoral piece of music ever written, the two outer movements fit your description perfectly, I hope you don't mind the contemplative, heartbreakingly sad middle movement. Tell me if it's what you're looking for, mkay? If you like it I could recommend you some more uplifting classical.

Anything by Nujabes, if you don't mind a hip-hop vibe.

All of his albums are about 75% chillout instrumental jazz-hop, and 25% of the same thing but with rap over it.

He's Japanese so this is totally relevant.

Start with Modal Soul if you can. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Meditative, slightly melancholic modern classical written for traditional Japanese Gagaku Orchestra, beautiful, impressionism-tinged stuff. It's what I listen to when I meditate on life and things. Hope you'll enjoy it.

I agree, there are definitely beautiful IOSYS songs like that. IMO their joke songs like Overdrive give them a bad impression.
