He mentally abuses young teenagers as his "staff" for his latest project: kolyma net. When he was in Russia hey may have worked for an ISP and has some kind of weird dream of using textboards for a meshnet. His goals are very non altruistic, however. He forces all his staff to install Linux "utilities" that just act as packet sniffers so he can spy on them, he is obsessed with deanonymizing users and trying to harvest their data to resell. He uses blackmail and the threat of violence to control his underlings. Kuz is a menace in the textboard community.
