So-so. Bit uneven plot and too much villain-of-the-week, but well drawn and with likeable characters. And an odd interpretation of impoverished oni resorting to eBay terrorism.

Watched the first three episodes or so, before I got hooked on ECO.

My thoughts: Seems awfully generic. Why is there so much fuss about it? Does it get amazingly good later on? Also, goddamnit I fucking hate Ali Project. Yet another OP to skip.

Screechy, chromatic vocals set to the same fucking descending-scale violins they use in every song. Add an electronic beat to it, random off-chords in completely different keys, and OH HARPSICHORD TO SOUND CLASSY(read: PRETENTIOUS).

Not to mention that every song is the fucking same, albeit with different lyrics and the instruments changed around.

What is there to like? How can anyone possibly like listening to this travesty to the art of music writing?
