It's possible, but makes very little sense to do so. When Rance "rapes" somebody, he tries to please the girl too and she usually ends up liking it too.
There's more consensual sex scenes than rape, anyway.

You can vassalize Iga. And force Tanegashima to surrender after capturing Yuzumi in combat. Not sure if there are peaceful ways to end Mori and Takuga (outside of closing the gates)
