I still havne't watched her video announcement but judging from the reactions here it doesn't really say much. On one hand I think every holo should be allowed to leave if they want to, their life their call, but taking into account chink spam this is very bad news. This is a huge win for them even regardles how much they actually had to do with it, this could make them target other holos more often now. If I had to speculate I think Coco wanted out a long time ago, even before the taiwan situation anons were talking about her declining and being burned out.
