Battler wasn't disowned, he left on his own accord. So he'd still be a grandson with Kinzo's blood.

Either it's an error in translation, or Kinzo quite literally declared Battler is no longer a blood relative when he left the family.

This sounds like yet another one of those things which you're meant to overlook until you play the later episode and look back on it.

Just replayed the end. Ange asks Beatrice to repeat in red that Battler isn't Kinzo's grandson, she refuses for whatever reason.

Ange then states in blue that Rudolf is Battler's father, she doesn't deny it.

So it's ambiguous, but it's still a rather ridiculous theory.

It's quite obvious for me that fake battler is the first son of kyrie and thus a son of Kinzo genetically, but not legally.

It doesn't say directly warned. Also, kyrie says that she was pregnant with rudolf's son at one point but lost him. We cannot verify that as truth, can we? As such, it hasn't been addressed by the red text. I'm excited. I still need to play 5, so we'll see.

In the original text it says "mago" which means grandchild. Japanese people generally don't say "grandson" or "granddaughter." Witch-hunt decided to just say grandson for even red text lines which I predict will become a problem later

I thought Eva was speaking metaphorically there. Even if Battler weren't Kinzo's grandson by blood, if Eva knew that she would have almost definitely brought it up during the "who gets to be the head" scene with Kinzo in Ep. 4.

I was thinking about the possibility of fake Battler, and realized it could explain Nanjo's murder in ep3, if you assume that the red text refers to the real Battler when excluding him from being a culprit.

Also, 90% of board happenings in E4 are such bullshit. That is also George choosing the last choice. This one can be a LOT out of character.

I see this as mistranslation. Later Eva says a similar line but now describes George as the eldest son carrying Kinzo's blood. Should be "eldest" in this case too, I guess.
