Yeah, I could just wear a costume but then I can still see my face, and when I see my face I know that I'm not really the character. with kigurumi I can't see myself at all, and there's greater immersion. 1. At its core, cosplay a form of being something else too just for a little while. Kig does allow you to temporarily 'break away' from your normal self more, because you don't have to look at your real face in the mirror. So ultimately, its a very good way of becoming someone else, even if its just for a while.

2. I'm not in a position where I can access all of my kigs right now, or can be really active with content creation.
In an ideal scenario, I'd like to equally rotate between all of my kigs if possible. However that is never the case in reality. Some you are bound to like more than others, but I'll try to not 'forget' any kigs.
