Just befriended Medicine, and it sounds like she's phenomenal at single target boss fights. I plan to MLB her and upgrade as often as possible, but I'm curious on a few things.

Is she only this good with all her Upgrades and Limit Breaks completed? I imagine the Last Word is a requirement as it seems to be the source of her brutal barrier breaking bullshit, but I'm guessing without her full skill set and high levels there she's not going to perform as highly as the wiki suggests.

Second, how should I be carding her out? Would an accuracy booster on her LW be ideal, or is it better to load up all damage stats all the time?

My only current "farmer" is Marisa, and I'm clearing seeing how she's not gonna cut it as time goes on, so moving to another, even if niche, option seems smart.

Yeah I find it hits the nice middling spot ZUN's always gone for in the games. I feel like a lot of the fandom go towards two extremes, like either it leans way too much into the CGDCT, removing any sense of conflict and tooth the characters have. Or they lean too much into edgeho's ignoring a lot of the ultimately lighthearted banter easy going personality the characters tend to make in the games. The shortest stage on the highest difficulty the character you want to level can solo. If you're willing to sacrifice item/event point efficiency, have them tag-along with someone who can clear a higher difficulty.
Most XP comes from difficulty, the difference of XP values between stages on the same difficulty range from negligible to none.
Event levels have a higher base XP than the standard levels (at least for Normal and Hard, haven't recorded data for Lunatic yet) so you don't have to worry about having to choose between playing the event and leveling.
"A Pharmacist Meets Disaster" is the only level currently open in the event that's 1-wave long, though more options will open up as the timegates on the event lift.
