I haven't 100% completed it, but Rasen Kairou is at least close to what you're looking for. Guy finds mysterious website, Anonymous starts seriously fucking with him.

Another option could be Itsuka Furu Yuki
Yuki, but you would have to be a bit of a masochist to play through the game more than once to see the different endings, the system is really quite terrible and makes it painful as fuck to go through.

It's all bad ends in a way, but at the same time they make a distinction between two different types of ending. The bad end is where they die horribly, the 'good' end is where they die horribly, but somewhat less horribly and generally more happy.
