I don't follow the group closely but I think the official announcement stated all the members as close contacts, presumably since they still meet up for work at the agency or whatever (which kind of renders them having staggered arrival/departure times from workplaces moot, but that's Japan for you).

PCR tests for the staff and cast have come back negative, so that is good news. But the show on the 27th is cancelled, and the close contact (why they don't just state Miyase when everyone knows already, I have no idea) is under instructions to stay home until the 30th. Another actress will take her place for the 5 shows on the 28th to the 30th.

At this late stage the only likely candidates who could dive in quickly, if assuming the replaced actress is indeed Miyase, are the previous actresses for Raimu. Awatsu is already playing Mirai for this run, but Maeda Misato might still have free time in her schedule.
