Neither are in the jouyou kanji, jinmeiyou kanji, or 2500 most used kanji. Either you have a very fractured knowledge of Japanese or you just looked them up. Either way, they're not the kind of kanji you need to know to not "suck at Japanese". They're kanji that, by law, newspapers have to write with furigana because plenty of natives don't fuckin know them. Quit with the bullshit, /jp/. Just because you saw the kanji for Tengu in Touhou doesn't mean these are common kanji.
