To be fair, it's BBC Four, so it's not like the coverage is going to be massive.

Still, it was a surprisingly fair look at video games for a change, hell the worst he said about Rapelay was a short comment on 'the creepy Japanese Rapelay' but the segment itself was taking the piss at the medias portrayal of the video nasty.

Only really a short mention about 8 or so minutes in. Just look for the bit about shmups after the platforming but before First Person Shooters.

It's a brief mention, but still a minor comment about it specifically with some very brief gameplay of the extra stage.

The only genre they didnt cover was visual novel and eroge. That would probably tell some of them that some games have story.
