About 100 million years from now. Mokou and Kaguya are living on the brink of existence in a cave somewhere where Japan has long since fused with the Chinese mainland. Alive due to being immortal and all, but not exactly gorging - Kaguya's only bringing home rodents and bulbs, and Mokou's attempt at big game constantly ends in charred meatless bones. They've both long since forgotten Japanese and speak idiosyncratically, having had no contact with other humans for quite some time.

There aren't any other humans left, you see. Thus, their main priority is getting the hell off of mother earth before the next big evolutionary hit strikes.

I've been drafting some story ideas for a while revolving around Mokou's experiences before she came to Gensokyo. Remember a few things that ensure a rather interesting story:

1. She was basically exiled/ran away from Japanese society.

2. She couldn't stay in any one place for more than about 10 years--people would notice the fact that she hadn't aged a year beyond ~20.

3. She wandered for almost 1,200 years before coming to Gensokyo.

I can imagine Mokou heading to China, then following the Silk Road to medieval Europe... maybe she made a living as a trader in Venice in the 1200s.

Hmm... let us see. Or rather, let us scrye.

Keine is still around, hasn't changed the slightest.
Reimu is dead, has a descendant.
Marisa may be either dead, or turned herself into a magician youkai.
Sakuya is still around, maybe looking "more mature" rather than "older".
Sanae is dead, certainly has a descendant.
Alice is still around.
Genji is still around, though probably not for much longer.
Rinnosuke hasn't changed one bit.
The Scarlet sisters still look like children.
The deva haven't changed.

In short, besides the miko, Marisa and Sakuya, not much has happened.
Come to think of it, the immortals have probably seen quite a few Hakurei miko come and go over the years.

I prefer that Marisa stayed a human and started a line of Kirisame magicians as well.

Also, you're forgetting the "younger" and "older" youkai. How is Tewi acting now that she's even older? Is Cirno still childish, or have a hundred years allowed a Fairy to become something more, etc?
Maybe even alterations on more cosmic levels, like the Yama getting changed out (Shikieiki was "hired" for the position, no reason she can't get "sacked") or Yukari going into a permanent sleep.

Think on more levels! More levels!

Absent absent health-related issues (maturing as a kid, old age, etc), most people don't really change much over short periods of time. At least in my experience.

Hmm, let's see... scrye.

There could always happen an "unforeseen something" which would put Yukari out of commission for good. But if not, she likely won't change a lot in 100 years - she may have a different agenda, as she's switched those around quite a bit over the years, but physically she'll stay the same.
Ran may have lost a tail.
Chen may have gained a tail, depending on the myth you'd like to follow. If so, she might resemble a young teenager (physically).
Tewi probably looks the same, but could very well be more jaded having had to deal with strangers running around Eientei.
I'd like to think another 50 years would allow Cirno to mature into a yukionna. But most things point to faeries having a limited lifespan and rarely growing larger than children. So not sure.
Youmu/Myon will be a young adult, but mentally middle-aged.
