honestly HSiFS stage 1 hits really hard for me, by far one of my favorites

i was also really surprised with UM's stage 1, it quickly became another one of my favorites. i'm not sure what it is, i just really like it and it gives me a certain feeling that i can't explain

ZUN really hit his stride with LLS and MS. I think they're on the same level as the first 2 Windows games. LLS in particular has a really unique atmosphere with the weird backgrounds and dreamy, whimsical music, it's definitely one of my favorites. Marisa and Yuuka have a couple of bullshit patterns on Lunatic, though.

I don't play it often so I can't really bring much meaningful input, but it never gets old for me.
Honestly, more people should play PC-98 or play one of the first five at least once.

Pretty good list. Only ones I'd raise an eyebrow at is MoF, DDC and HrtP. Personally, my list looks like this (no particular order within the tiers):
Perfect: PCB, UFO, TD, LoLK, MS
Excellent: HrtP, LLS (M), HSifS
Great: EoSD, WBaWC, SoEW, LLS (R), GFW
Okay: UM, SA, IN, MoF
Bad (for stage 1): DDC
