I've been going through a 21-day program called Demonic Confidence, which gives you a daily mission for 21 days.
These missions are progressively challenging. It starts out with approaching 30 women to ask them the time.
I'm not going to tell you all the different missions because if some people might be interest to do this program, you're not supposed to know about the mission details in advance.

Not every mission is about approaching women. This program is focused on being grounded in your own self-esteem and confidence. It's not about being successful with women, but it's a natural consequence of it though.
It was great as a complementary thing to NoFap, and I don't think I could have done this without NoFap.
I'm very proud of myself that I had the balls to go up to 30 beautiful women that I was genuinely sexually attracted to, told them I found them beautiful, and asked them if they wanted to come to my place.
Of course, none of them agreed to the proposal, but I was able to say this to them with a smile, not breaking eye contact or making excuses for myself.

I talked to women in a busy district in Tokyo, Japan (I'm on holiday here and I speak fluent Japanese), and about half of them was on their way somewhere or were not interested without me even saying the first sentence.
The other half listened to what I had to say, and quite a few were flattered and smiled at me. Some said no eventually, and some said they were meeting someone now or that they didn't have time today.
One very beautiful woman seemed to really enjoy the interaction and told me she was on her way somewhere, and that she was leaving Tokyo tomorrow, so she couldn't.

All in all, regardless of the women's reactions (and that's not what this was about), this has been a very empowering experience.
I can recommend the program to anyone here, since it's very supportive for NoFap, helping you to see that women are people and you don't need to put them on a pedestal.
Don't worry about the missions. The difficulty of the missions is very gradual.
