I've played this game 舐犢の玉座 recently and I'm not sure if it's supposed to be joseimuke but it's close enough, male protagonist but all the sex scenes are BL or femdom(-ish, the girl is actually MC's dad in a female form). The focus is mostly on boys suffering, it's an eroguro utsuge type thing. There's a scene where MC's dad forces him to kill the man he's in love with, then makes him fuck the corpse while pegging him in front of a crowd that's gonna be drilled into my skull forever.
