What i mean is that if he wanted to, he would have made several collabs and units. Fubuki already stated that he often rejects her collab invites and him and Matsuri seem to have forgotten about each other. He really seems to want to collab with girls outside HoloPro more.

There's the clip, it was during his 10k celebration that he talked about it, it's a bit long but I would suggest you watch it completely, it really gives a bit of insight into Roberu's thought process and his reasons for doing what he does.

Also, at risk of souding sappy... I couldn't help but tear up a little watching that clip, admitely I'm still pretty much a newfag, so I haven't really seen much of the boys journey, but from what I have seen, heard and searched, I have an idea of the kind of hardships they went through and to know that once upon a time, they were pretty unknown, struggled with getting viewers and subs and getting 10k subs was a complete achievement for them and looking at how they are now, reaching 100k, reaching 1k viewers during their streams, having their name be more known throughout the industry and forming some pretty significant connections and bonds in the entertaiment industry... it makes me very happy for them and hopeful on what the future holds for them.

It's not a matter of not being "good enough", it's more a matter of there being too many risks and him and the boys not wanting to risk hurting the girls' and their own growth and the work they have done to reach the point where they are now.
And let's not forget that there are two parties in this, even if the boys wanted to collab with the girls more, if the girls don't want to, what can the boys do?
Since their begginnings the Stars have always been kind of on their own since Cover and the girls themselves kinda pushed them aside, and the kind of... "culture", so to speak, and fanbase that the girls created doesn't really allow for them to interact with the Stars much without the risk of one of the parties getting hurt.
And it's pretty clear that the girls themselves don't have any interest in interacting with them in the first place and the boys respect them enough to not push the issue, even if it means feeling like they aren't really part of Hololive, it's something they pretty much have had to deal with since their beginnings and a decision that was pretty much taken for them, but they have accepted that and have done their best to stand out and grow with the hand they were dealt.
Admitely I don't know why Roberu doesn't interact with the ID girls more, considering how open their are about the matter, but it's probably just him wanting to play it safe or being too paranoid (I mean, Astel himself was worried about him and Ollie collabing and had to run with the aniki thing to try and prevent the fans from getting weird about their relationship and making things unconfortable for them or harming each other).
