I considered asking /a/, but then I stopped being retarded for a second:

We all know Densha Otoko, but there was another story about a dude that was basically the exact opposite of that. He had fallen in love with some girl, but she wanted nothing to do with him. He managed to pay his way into getting her friend to arrange situations where they could meet. He would report these events to a forum, which would beg him to stop, but he was convinced it would work. I recall he would refer to people by letters instead of names, so stuff like A-chan and B-chan.

Does anyone else remember this? What was the name of this story?
