1) The rules of Hinamizawa are unstable and now work to setting Rika free as stated by Featherine and Satoko
2) Hanyuu was the cause of HS as stated by Rika a scene in the hospital. Is she still active during the Gou loops? Is HS still working properly?
3) The bleeding of memory cannot be undone, doesn't that mean that people who received memories are basically immune/less likely to get HS? Keiichi, Rena, Shion, Teppei and Takano were the characters who got memory bleed during Gou (Shion and Rena was stated by Satoko). Doesn't that mean that it's unlikely to them to go crazy?
4) Unrelated, but about Rena, now that Teppei is a good guy, how much will that affect her backstory? Can we still be sure it played out exactly like Tsumi and she got HS for the same reasons? I doubt it.

Well, at the very least the manga is making it very clear memory bleeds can actually mess up their minds sometimes, not just be a positive influence. Keiichi remembered Tatarigoroshi and actually wanted to kill Teppei. The anime hasn't done that, but people have been speculating about that idea from the start of Gou anyway even before the manga stuff.

Would anyone know how to get voices into Japanese text versions of Umineko and Higurashi? I want to keep the original sprites and backgrounds.

During ep 24 Featherine says that it's "A world in which the rules of the cat's tragedy no longer exist", she,'s obviously talking about the XYZ rules that trapped Rika in Hinamizawa. One of the rules are about HS - a random person gets ill in the village. After that, Satoko says "If I long for Rika to stay, the birdcage sets her free", which implies that the rules change to be against Satoko. No one getting ill due to HS is a benefit for Rika's side that wants to be free.

Huh? I didn't get that from the manga, Rika immediately calms him down after all. Remember that Keiichi in Minagoroshi said he was willing to kill Teppei if he showed his face in school, which was AFTER he had already remembered Tatarigoroshi, they had already gone to the child welfare center even.

This is clearly more of a "sure this vision made me think that there could be consequences for my actions but, this motherfucker is REALLY pushing my patience". Seeing Satoko puke her guts out and freak out as well as Mion saying "we're powerless" again is what tipped Keiichi to the edge however briefly, which was what also the exact same thing that triggered his murder mode in Tatarigoroshi.

Also, the club members (K1 mostly) in damashi arcs did not have permanent memory from fragment to fragment. I have solved Tataridamashi.

The thing that nobody has yet considered is that Teppei had a memory leak of K1 killing him.

Satoko was going to tell K1 the truth that there was no abuse, secretly reconcile with both parties behind Rika's back. Essentially, her goal was to use beautiful Teppei and deny all abuse to gaslight K1 into L5 and get Rika killed by him once everything seemed like a good end from Rika's POV. (She might have known that Rika would retain memory of this death; it is unknown but both ways are plausible.) But unfortunately for Satoko, Teppei remembered more than he should have, went crazy and thought he was acting in self-defense under some degree of Hinamizawa Syndrome.
Ooishi going L5 was a purely unrelated and unplanned mistake. But it kinda worked out for Satoko. From Rika's perspective, the end result was almost the same as what Satoko had planned--inexplicable tragedy after reaching a good end.

That's the first part. R07 said in the Febri interview that solving Tataridamashi is going to require a perspective that hasn't yet been shown. That perspective is Ooishi's.

Ooishi naturally went L5 from all the inexplicable weirdness surrounding the Houjou case and the extra stress placed on him by various parties, some of which we haven't explicitly seen yet. The unusual behavior of redeemed Takano was also a part of it--the final straw, most likely. It's unclear how events unfolded at the Houjou household and after he left, but he ended up catching Takano and Tomitake redhanded at the festival parking lot, just as they were about to steal a yamainu van to escape. He may have found Takano's scrapbook, some argument about it took place, and that gave him the L5-fueled idea that Rika is behind everything, and that finally drove him over the edge, killing them on the spot and heading off to the festival.

Please poke holes in this. This started more or less as a joke but it ended up making sense to me. The conclusions aren't exactly well-founded and I'm sure I've missed something that invalidates everything, but right now it seems like a plausible take.

It's very likely there are accidental aspects to Tataridamashi because as it's shown on episode 23 she's not capable of controlling what people remember. It's inconvenient for her because it's the unpredictable factor that gets in the way of her goal. Satoko would want to use memory leaks as an advantage, but how I'm unsure, since it's not like you can make someone just remember something off the bat, maybe? I don't know. I have a problem with a few things:

1. Ooishi's bat. Why would he grab that bat? I don't know how likely it is for it to be just a generic bat that he just happened to use against god knows who and just happens to have the same (generic, to be fair) design as Satoshi's bat.

2. Satoko's reaction when they arrive at the residence. It's still weird that she doesn't bother turning the lights on. You can see his confusion right there.

3. Satoko's reaction when going upstairs to the festival. Was she there to check how things went, to get herself killed faster, or as you say, surprised by Ooishi's appearance?
