Depends how fast she sells out, but since she isn't new I don't think she'll sell out that fast so you're probably fine.

Yes, the only problem is when fumos sell out quickly. If it takes more than a day for a fumo to sell out using a proxy should be no problem. If you want Eirin however then a forwarder is your best chance right now. Setting up a proxy or a forwarder doesn't take much time at all, and even if you have to go through a procedure with a forwarder you can already use their service before that is done.

The Fumo spreadsheet in the OP seems slightly outdated. I was thinking about buying a Mokou, and it says Mokou prices are 4k to 5k yen due to the Gift restock in October. On Yahoo and Rakuten the cheapest I can find her is 7k yen. It also looks like Mokou isn't part of the upcoming restock. Will cheaper Mokous become available on Yahoo/Rakuten if I wait, or do I just need to decide between 7k now or waiting for the next Mokou restock (which might not even happen next time either?)

Probably not, fumo prices rarely go down over time without some sort of sale.

Help me out, fumo. On ebay, people sell fumos that are cheaper, and it's hard to tell from the images they use if they are bootlegs or simply older versions. It is usually Chinese sellers which are a red flag but I have never seen what an actual bootleg one looks like, just older versions. last run I got ran, momiji, and cirno with no problem at all they even sat on the site for a good 10 min.

Proxy services CAN order quite fast, however if you're at the bottom of their list then it's a problem. Also not all sales sell out this fast, in fact none of the last year sales sold out this fast. But yes using a forwarder is a better choice if you want order regardless of how fast it sells out.

If it's anything like the last time dekas went up, they will be unobtainable - they were gone in less than 30 seconds. I was mashing F5 on the home page from about 60 seconds before the sale started and they were gone by the time I'd opened the page. I already have deka Cirno and deka Marisa, so I wasn't that upset.
