I mean, maybe I'm already used to the whole process but sometimes it's glueing all the separated parts together if the game was split in parts, downloading an iso mounter, check that your pc is using Japanese locale (which is easier now in modern windows than older windows), check compatibility if the game somehow doesn't want to run on a non-windows XP system because it's old as fuck, etc.
Most issues can be solved pretty easily though and it ends up being not that hard ultimately, specially now on an era where a lot of games are officially released in English so less steps regarding Japanese installation related issues.

Speaking of Fujieda, I really hope he actually becomes popular and well liked. From what I've seen, nips like him but I'm surprised in general because none of the true routes in N+C games ever end up being popular (or aren't usually good either).
Nobody fucking remembers Nano in Shiki's game and people are lukewarm about the dogfucking. Lamento and Sweet pool were neutral as far as I remember.
After reading Fujieda everything else doesn't feel the same.
