Well anon, I just washed my hip for the second time today. Onas are really easy to clean besides the hard vairents. Hips aren't that big of a deal either.
I just put it in the bathtub. Rinse it. Use a douche type of thing to get water deep inside. I bought a nasal wash thing off amazon and it works the same. After a few minutes of that, I put handsoap into the holes and finger fuck it deep to make sure everything's at least washed out.
