The problem is that they're not disallowed on /jp/, so the mods perceive it as similar to saying "move Touhou to /v/". You have to get them to consider it something seperate from ``otaku culture''.

Have you not realized this after a large amount of /jp/ topics moved to /vg/ and then came back for various reasons, e.g. the monstergirl thread and type-moon thread. Touhou isn't just video games. It is already good enough that we have Touhou on the Otaku Culture board. If we can't have that, it would be better to have a Touhou board or a Doujin Games board which was also a thing that moot considered.

Then let's have it proliferate on /vt/. Why have it proliferate on /jp/? You can either delete /vt/, or move the generals out of /jp/. I don't see why it would ever come back, because unlike /vg/ where it is basically one thread for one topic, you have an entire board with 150 threads for one topic.
