What I really liked about Cross Channel was how well it dealt with the "lol every route happened in the multiverse" concept.
The loopy gameplay "tree" really drilled in the theme of "how would you act if everything you did was reset?"
Bad ends weren't even discouraging because you could just start right back up without reloading.

I'm not comfortable with the idea that Week 1 happened after Week 7 since there are still 'real' parts mixed in the messed up flashbacks. Else that suggests nothing in the game actually occurs, and his friends probably either died off somehow or they were never in the loop in the first place. I think it's just storytelling trick as in Ever 17 where they mislead you into thinking that the events happen sequentially even though they actually do not.

KID's involvement was the PS2 port. The video has their name in it because the video came from the PS2 version and replaced the original 320x240 video (which was in a tiny frame in game instead of full window).

You can extract all the music from the game itself using ExtractData. I think that "OST" that's behind the mediafire links is actually obtained this way, judging by the track cuts.
