They need magic energy, certain bodily fluids are a good source of that. So they can either get it from Semen, or blood.
Additionally though, at least for regular Ren, her nature as a Dream demon lets her devour a portion of the energy in dreams or something to sustain herself.

Perhaps it's just something wrong with me but here's how it would go down:

Time rolls around for whenever she needs to feed/wants to feed. Anytime for me. She'd probably hang out in my dorm room all day and we'd slink around at night if we wanted to do stuff.

Either way. KS actually has a decent plot and shit.

Our game? Well, I'll tl;dr our progress for you.

Plot: You're an Alpha Plus psyker (you're in that 50000 power level gap between Alpha level and Emprah level). The Black Ship you're on gets hijacked by the Chaos Gods, you get tossed onto a daemonworld that gets warp-fucked into a mainstream high school. Possibly of japanese style (haven't decided). You tried to get swayed by the 4 chaos gods by each of the 4 daemonettes, and that's about it. You get points with the girl and the god, so essentially there's 12 ends, not counting secrets.

No real attachment to the characters either, so at its current stages, we're pretty much the Duke Nukem Forever design team.
