They're basically play-on words.
"Yakui" for example is drugs, and you can see how she's represented in this thread, and in some of her art since she's now the most popular Nijiura Maid. Probably because the others were forgotten.
There are others you can come across with entries on one of the boorus and a handful of art for each.
There's not much more to them than what they're based off of.

I've seen art of them on pixiv and stuff, but to be honest I don't really know Nijirua Maids other than Yakui. Some of them are pretty self-explanatory of course, but others I don't really understand and don't have enough Japanese knowledge to figure out. Regardless, Yakui is very cute.
I do have to wonder why at least on the western internet, she's the most popular. Harder to tell for Japan, for individual name tags she seems to have the most, although there still seems to be a fair amount of recent art for others too, but mostly just tagged as Nijiura Maid and not with names.

i've also done some animations on it and so many other gyus on youtube do, not only using soundcard but highspeed FPGA DACs, R2R DACs (like me), VGA port, etc.

That picture consists of 51800 dots btw. There are many automatic converters from vector images like svg or even 3D meshes to wav or ilda files which are basically coordinate table, so i manually traced original raster picture in Inkscape and used OriginalLaserArt software to convert svg file to ilda. ILDA is pretty simple file format which also provides information about beam blanking and colors of the dots, so i can control position using XY inputs and brightness of the beam using Z input (ILDA format was developed for and used in lasershows btw). I can provide link to github if you are interested my variant of code or schematics for this.

Most probably because servers running it are ancient and cannot handle lots of requests. In around 2009 it used to be just HTTP AUTH with kazumi/kazumi and 401 error message stating something among the lines of 'If you can read it, this is obvious. Password is name of the site'. Changed to this jap IPs only shit at around 2012 or 2014, I think, and by that time, for any given page request, you could get maybe seven out of ten pics to load. Hell, I got random splats of 503s today.

Laughing one is Ikisan, to her right is Yuki Kotonomiya, further right would be Yamiyuki. Smaller one could be Chibiyami. Or is it the one behind glasses maid?
Laughing at the box is Kouryu. Above her with horn is Kirin. Catgirl to the right probably Sanada. Retarded cat is Byakko. Bottom left is Suzaku. And, well, that whole corner is most probably mostly Chinese maids.
The one at the table is probably Modoi? Darii is smoking. To the left of her is probably Madoi. Hidoi is pinned by the bag, Kudoi molesting another maid (Medoi?). That dog-like thing with it's tounge out shows in one of Tensai's combos. Tensai herself is sparkle-eyed, with a ribbon. Below the table, with dildo and tenga, is Saitei. Minigirl would be Chikoi.
The sleepy one is Nemui. Second in that trio is Kurai. The third one is Yowai.
The one with strange hat, to the left of oppai is Dunbai. The one with a chainsaw is Kaitai.
The one with dead face could be Turai.
Waha is Waha. Imoge is Imoge. Rabbit ears next to her is Usai.
