I don't know for sure. I read somewhere that it was Japan only, and somewhere else that it was digital only. But either could be wrong. We'll just have to wait I guess.

I'm still not sure how to feel about Gouyoku Ibun, but eh, maybe the full version will manage to win me over. Good to know it's finally coming out so soon.

No they won't. Touhou and all Touhou games naturally have a normalfag filter. It's hard to get into Touhou without exterting extra effort to get into the lore, the characters, the manga and the danmaku shooters. It just isn't as simple to get into Touhou games than say Kancolle.
