I did it recently with a lvl80 character. Used a Kemuridama on myself and went north to evade the boss, then I used "wall creation" to create chokepoints so I wouldn't be overun. Every enemy but the boss poured in the gaps, so for me I had time to heal up before going against the boss.
A charged rod of mana and mana scrolls can help to "cure" mp bleeding/leaks.

My mother's life long job was as an insurance underwriter. That is, she took people's information on what they want to insure and calculated the risk and how much they should insure them for.. or if they should at all.

What I do know; the internal workings are psychotic. It seems like a simple proposition on the surface, but the people who manage insurance companies make working inside them utterly unbearable. They'd rather drive you to suicide, no exaggeration, than pay you your benefits for retiring. Or do the same once someone has been there long enough so they can hire newer, cheaper, employees.

The problem with insurance is it's like gambling. You are gambling your customer doesn't have an accident before they pay more in insurance than that accident is worth. This situation leads to psychosis in those on the inside of insurance companies. Trying to twist the fabric of reality when you can't control a thing will do that to a person. They pass on that psychosis to their employees through abuse and insane worker policies.

Irony is, most people probably don't get their money's worth out of their policies to the point it more than covers people who get more than their money's worth. If they just played straight, everything would work out for everyone.

Ano is one of the only guys with a variant who has put any effort into the English translation. Its not all there, but he did add some new stuff he received from the custom guys into 2.03. The HSP codebase is not open source and he would need to get permission from Noa to make his variant open source. However, the only variants that seem to have gotten permission to go open source are all complete rewrites in other languages. Its also not an issue about the version of HSP he is using that made the decompiler not work with 2.02, its just an issue in the decompiler algorithm, which is easily bypassed by telling it which of the 2 possible description patterns is the valid one.

Just verified that 2.03 works with the unmodified decompiler.

The item name specifies a skill; what skill it is depends on the boss' race.

For lowering skills that a character doesn't need and increasing the ones that are actually useful.
