Why do doujins never show Mokou with the elegance and power of being 1200 years old?

i wanna see a doujin with her treating Keine like a young child.

Most fan theories I've read so far seem to place her in the 700-900 year bracket. Not sure why that age seems popular.

Then again, doesn't change the fact that her official age is "Unknown".
