Not sure about her other channel but it's clear that Hololive is side passion project for her and she enjoys the company of other holo and the activities. As like any passion projects, she didn't put all 100% of effort into it but she does a lot of things above minimum because she enjoyed being a Holo.
She enjoys the live streaming game part, she enjoys being the "idol" or really just enjoy singing and dancing on stage, hence her joining Bloom despite other better singers in holo didn't join. It's just my impression of it. There are different levels of passion projects ranging from hobby to lifetime work. While I don't disregard the work put into her NND stuff, it did feel less like a passion once she went full lewd ASMR.
Of course, I only know a limited amount of moonrunes but I don't think Holo can be considered a job with how the amount of money she earned compared to her NND work.

Yeah but Hololive is more demanding since I believe they are bound by contract to stream a certain amount of time/hours per week. Not to mention other activities like the idol group thing that required her to take dance and singing lessons which are physically tiring.

Compare that to her NND activities where she streams four times a month along with updating bromaga on her Nico Channel, and regular updates on her Fantia. All of them are set based on her own terms. She also took two birds with one stone whenever she's writing or editing photos for her bromaga/Fantia by streaming on the Nico Community.
